We don't accept any returns or exchange, after the merchandise has been shipped.
Products are not warranted against is-use regardless if the damage is intentional or not. Defective Merchandise will be processed if Customer Contacts us within seven (2) days from date shown on Packing List, we will need information like the original order ID and the original item number, details of what is defective with the merchandise, etc.
The customer will have to ship the defective product back to us in the original shipping material including all original parts, packing material, instruction, etc. This means that everything must be returned exactly as it was delivered to you. Items MUST not have been used.
Wrong merchandise will be replaced if the customer contacts us within seven (2) business days from date receiving the products.
Contact us in order to be assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Please get approval from the agent to send the item back before submitting it. Please indicate the order ID and the original item number (code).
If we determine that the item returned turns out not to be the right merchandise or if it is damaged or misused, the customer will be charged for the item plus all related shipping charges.
Damaged Merchandise in Shipping:
Damaged merchandise will be replaced provided that Customer contacts us within (2) days from date of receiving the products.
Contact Us with the order ID, the actual problem with the merchandise , etc. and we will ask you to return it. Note that in many circumstances, the products are not operated correctly and our customer service reps will be able to identify and "solve" the problem. We will send any replacement parts if necessary.
If the product is evaluated as "Damaged in Shipping", Customer is required to return the product to us in the original condition and shape it was delivered. Please repackage the item in the original shipping material including all original parts, packing material, instructions, etc. This means that everything must be returned exactly as it was sent to you. Items MUST not have been used.
Once the return is received and evaluated by our staff as "Damaged in Shipping", a brand new replacement product will then be shipped to Customer at no charge.
